For Immediate Release June 8, 2009 Mobile Jaycees to host 77th Annual Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo United State’s largest and oldest saltwater fishing tournament set for July 17-19, 2009 The 77th Annual Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, hosted by the Mobile Jaycees, will be held July 17- 19, 2009. Before the anglers begin the competition, the festivities for the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo will kick-off with the Bud Light Liar’s Contest on Thursday, July 16 at the ADSFR site. Rodeo ticket holders can participate in the competition by telling their best, or worst, fish tale. Prejudging will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the finals starting at 7:30 p.m. A “distinguished” panel of invited judges will determine the winners. Hyena Recording artist Grayson Capps and the Stumpknockers will be providing musical entertainment.
